Key Box

Electricity DB

The main DB is in the 1st drawer when you enter the house on the left side. In case a fuse trips you may check there. Please do contact us if it happens.

AC Control

The house has 4 AC units, one in each room. Each room has its own remote control for the AC unit. When turned on you can switch between the modes you require. The snowflake is for cooling and the sun is for heating. In case you wish to turn off/on the LED on the AC press the button DISPLAY for 2 seconds.

Television

There are 3 TV’s in the House. One in the living room, one in the bedroom downstairs and one in the master bedroom upstairs.

Kitchen

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary items you would expect for such a house. There is also a dishwasher and a washing/drying machine as well as a first aid box.

BBQ Area

There is a spare bottle in case you are running out of Gas. Please make sure you turn off the gas when the BBQ is not in use. Enjoy!

We have a fully equipped BBQ which is working with Gas. The gas bottle is on the back of the wall inside the Metal Boc PLIN.

Outdoor sunshade

There two additional shades outside the house. One located next to the lounge area which is operated manually and one next to the BBQ area which is operated electrically with the remote. (In case remote doesn’t work it can also be operated manually)

Garbage Collection

There are 3 garbage cans available outside the house next to the parking lot. Please ensure to use them correctly and throw your garbage into the dedicated bin.

Kindly place the container outside the house so it can be collected.

Glass containers are available within the town and the closest one is around 200m away from the house on the way to the town centre. You can see a big blue container on the right side of the road when leaving the house.

Nearby Locations

In Rakalj itself you have Konoba Placa which is a nice little restaurant just a few minutes walking distance from the house. A little bit further to the left you have a Pizzeria and a small supermarket as well. The Beach is around 5 min away by car and you can find it on google maps under Beach St Nikola https://maps.app.goo.gl/

Surrounding Area

In the neighbour village Krnica few minutes by car you can find few more nice restaurants, as well as a Bakery and another slightly bigger supermarket.

Driving to Pula takes about 25 min and on the way there you will find several big supermarkets and shopping malls. Pula itself is a beautiful city with a lot of things to discover including the colosseum.

Other nice places in Istria include Porec, Rovinj, Umag, Motovun and many more. We do recommend a visit to Motovun old town.

There is also a waterpark called Istralandia around 1 hour away from Rakalj. Great fun for kids and adults.

Obviously, there are a lot more beautiful places in Istria and Croatia.
